Job Details

As an HR Executive at Biz Emporia, you will be responsible for handling the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.

  1. The candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a solid understanding of applicable labor laws and HR regulations.
  2. The candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for digital marketing and technical roles.
  3. Implementing initiatives to maintain a positive work culture and high morale within the team.
  4. Assisting in the coordination of performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  5. Maintaining employee records, managing attendance/leave, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  6. Acting as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances and improve workplace relations.
  1. Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience in HR.
  2. Prior experience in Digital Marketing or the IT sector is highly preferred.
  3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  6. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office Suite.

  1. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on interview).
